Hi, I’m Taylor.

I believe the best partnerships are built on three things: trust, hard work, and a shared ambition to achieve something great. Everything else tends to fall into place from there.

For almost 20 years, I've had the privilege of leading major partnerships, sponsorships, and brand campaigns for some of Australia's most recognised brands, including Sportsbet, Chemist Warehouse, Toyota, Dulux, Tabcorp and Specsavers. Along the way, I've worked across the biggest sporting stages, including the AFL, Cricket Australia and Football Australia, helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful and measurable ways.

My approach combines strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial focus. In simple terms, I love big ideas, but I love results even more. Whether it's a sponsorship strategy, partnership activation, marketing campaign or event delivery, my focus is always on creating work that drives genuine business outcomes. I've managed projects and budgets ranging from $10,000 to $3 million, across professional sport, corporate and not-for-profit sectors.

What excites me most is taking an idea from a conversation, a scribble on a whiteboard, or a "what if?" moment and turning it into something that delivers real impact. Over the years, I've built a strong network of trusted industry contacts and collaborators, which means I know who to call, how to get things moving, and how to bring the right people together to make things happen.

I'm naturally approachable, highly collaborative, and not one for unnecessary buzzwords or corporate theatre. I set high standards, work hard, and genuinely care about delivering great outcomes, but I also believe the process should be enjoyable. After all, the best work usually happens when good people come together, roll up their sleeves, get sh*t done, and celebrate the wins along the way.

That's the sweet spot.
